Case Study Of Chief Complaint
The patient's chief complaint is " my emotions are up and down, i have headaches, i cannot sleep, sometimes I ate a lot, other days i don't have appetite, I'm upset, angry, depressed, and my mother and husband notice the changes".
The patient resigned her job in August because difficulties with the co-workers. She denied domestic violence, drugs and alcohol use, Sometimes she has death ideas in term if , "I will be better if I didn't here", but she denies suicidal ideation or any plan to kill herself or others. She explained that she is walking 2 or 3 times a week trying to stay relax but nothing is working.
She is considering starting a medication. I made a referral to a psychiatrist evaluation and treatment.
