After evaluating the report issued by AB Electronics (ABE) several issues have been highlighted which may indicate the cause of the decrease in sales and customer satisfaction. The primary problems appear to be in the employment structure, lack of e-commerce market, a freeze on new employees and an outdated business model. This document will aim to highlight these errors in greater detail and provide potential solutions for the discussed areas of concern.

Companies which have invested in e-commerce over recent years have shown an exponential increase in profits as online shopping continues to grow in popularity. E-commerce not only makes it easier for many customers to shop from the comfort of their own home it also offers the chance to leave reviews on an item which will assist the company in recognising areas which are causing faults or issues in usability. Having information pass from one department to the next as fast as possible is a tool which cannot be underestimated, especially if ABE were to enter into a new market sector and even more relevant should ABE invest in e-commerce. Not only will improved communications assist with future business endeavours, it will assist in pushing the team-based idea that has been proposed. The idea is said to have limited success but if team members had open lines of communication within the team, and to other teams, the success of the plan is predicted to increase.
After evaluating the report issued by AB electronics it is expected that the company will continue to see the highlighted problems for an unspecified period, however the changes to the business proposed are projected to reduce the effect of problems indicated and gradually begin to counteract them.
