Case Study: Inmate Kelvin Hall
Synopsis: Inmate Kelvin Hall was in violation of R-C2-15 of the inmate handbook. He will be locked down for 10 hours.
On the above date and time, I (Deputy Helm) was working in HU/B. All inmates were told to go up after evening meal. All doors were placed on group unlock for all the inmates to enter their cells. The inmates were given a warning that if they were left out of their cells after the doors came off group unlock they will be locked down. Once the doors were taken off group unlock, Inmate Hall was still outside of his cell. Inmate Hall was called to the Deputy's Panel and asked why he was not inside of his cell. He stated "my celles closed me out."
