Introduction

The company that I will be starting is a car rental service, which I plan to call "Road Runner Car Rental". This is being formed as a private company completely owned by me and which will offer services to the Bahrain & Saudi customers. RR car rental will offer well-maintained cars for individuals, families and business delegates for rental and chauffer driven services.

I plan to start the company with a good initial investment, leaving no stone unturned for marketing, advertisement and the overall look of the company. Although there are many car rental companies in Bahrain, I feel my company will stand out due to its unique services and customer satisfaction. As part of company expansion, there are future plans of opening driving training institute and a branch office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

I, Ms. Mae will be the sole investor and owner of the company. All the responsibilities for the services, assets and company decisions will be undertaken by me. The company will be located in the Exhibition area,

This company currently is in the travel and hotel support industry. As such, you supply support services to the travel and hotel industry such as linen services to cruise ships and major hotel chains in the Southeastern United States. Most of your new company’s revenues are derived for the cruise ship industry versus the hotel industry. This company is home based in Tampa, Florida, as most of your business is in that geographic area.…

strength. The owners have 30 years of experience in the industry combined and have all the knowledge of daily operations for a racing business. The industry motorsports has been fast growing and has over 1.5 billion in annual sales. The business model is very well developed and researched. The plan provides breakdowns of what capital is needed to start-up, maintain the business, and provides an anticipated growth plan for the next three years. The owners also researched the location and that there has been a 25% increase in population growth in the last decade. Furthermore a new kart racing company will be opening across the street from them. I feel the company has a sound mission statement and has put much thought into how to go about achieving the goals stated in the mission statement. I think this business will attract many clients as the owner intends to be active in the industry, form partnerships with local businesses, and offer discounts to clients of partnering businesses.…

This is a sample business plan that I completed by myself for a Entrepreneur class in my Senior year of high school. Unlike most students, I was really excited to plan and organize my ideas so my plan ended up being much longer then expected. All the numbers I used were, for the most part, actual prices and I spend hours alone just number crunching. It was worth it in the end when I had my final copy! I apologize in advance for awkward spacing, numbering, and indents. Some things like pictures and flow charts were lost throughout the transfer from Word.…

Many people believe that a business plan is helpful but not necessary. This is true in the sense that business plans are helpful but, in fact, they are vital if you are serious about success in both short and long term. The aim of this paper is to evaluate and critically assess the “Room for dessert” business plan. The remainder of the paper is organized as follows: Section 2 will try to analyze who is the audience for the plan, what are their needs, and how well does the business plan meet those needs. Section 3 will discuss about the strengths and the weaknesses of the business idea, while the final section will present a personal opinion on the critical issues that might require further investigation before investing in this venture and the way the information might be acquired.…

A business plan is a business that a person creates in order for it to be started and become successful. This plan goes over every little detail that costs money for the business to open up. Not only did we have to create this work of art, but we also had to present it in front of successful entrepreneurs, that went through the same process as us. This was the most important part of the whole class, because this one presentation would either make or break our…

Therefore, the real value of creating our business plan is not in having the finished product in hand; rather, the value lies in the process of researching and thinking about our business in a systematic way. The act of planning would help us to think things through thoroughly, study and research if we are not sure of the facts. It takes time now, but avoids costly, perhaps disastrous, mistakes later. It typically took several weeks to complete this business plan. Most of that time was spent in research and re-thinking our ideas and assumptions. But then, that’s the value of the process. This business plan is going to be useful in a number of ways. Here are some of the reasons not to skip this valuable tool. First and foremost, it will define and focus our objective using appropriate information and analysis. We shall use it as a selling…
