I. INTRODUCTION A biologist cannot hope to understand the basic elements of life by studying only one organism, and a physicist cannot hope to understand force and energy by studying only one kind of matter. By the same logic, we cannot understand the needs and wants of people with regards to their relaxation and leisure time by studying only one culture in one place. It was because people always involve change. Especially these days, city dwellers in every walk of life need to have a relaxing break from their vocation. Active people from around the world constantly want to have an ease wherein they can carry away all the stress from their life. We are about to think a solution for this situation, a reaction for a deterioration, and of course, an improvement for our economy and tourism industry. For this matter, we arrived at studying on how “Hot Springs” not only in the Philippines but also internationally became a tourist attraction and income generating industry for the most of the businessmen. A Hot Spring is a spring that is produced by the emergence of geothermally heated ground water from the Earth’s crust. There are geothermal hot springs in many locations all over the crust of the earth. In general, the temperature of rocks within the earth increases with depth. The rate of temperature increase with depth is known as the geothermal gradient. If the water percolates deeply enough into the crust, it will be heated as it comes into contact with hot rocks. The water from hot springs in non-volcanic areas is heated in this manner.

Heated water can hold more dissolved solids, therefore, warm and especially hot springs also often have a very high mineral content, containing everything from simple calcium to lithium, and even radium. Those minerals can help to cure some persons with disabilities and illnesses. Furthermore, therapeutic purposes of it are reputed to help some people suffering from skin diseases.
