Section 1 Executive Summary:
I’m Bingsu is an Korean style Ice-cream shop which is determined as a daily necessity for target customers to dodge the daily stresses of life and just a comfortable place to meet their friends, studying, work discussing, working, and relaxing. By knowing that demand is growing for high quality goods and great service, We, I’m Bingsu, underwrite appropriately on it to create value for target customer and build strong customer relationships in order to capture value from customers in return. I’m Bingsu will offer, surely, its customers the best goods -- not only Bingsu, but also Coffee, Tea, Cake as well as bread – and serviced customer satisfaction.

Thus, its target market is both adult and old people who visit at Bournemouth, and wish to relax, reduce stress, or m eet friends.

I’m Bingsu exists to create a unique place where customers can socialize with each other, have a stress-free, relaxing environment with the best Bingsu, coffee, tea, cake, and bread, and have the lowest number of customer complaints. I’m Bingsu will invest its profits to increase the employee satisfaction.

The business is operated by the full time owner and the use of up to 3 part time staff as required. We are informed that the turnover in the last trading year was just under the VAT threshold. We have not had sight of this accounting information.

It’s due to the fact that I’m Bingsu is a small organization, so it has only four staffs here. And they are responsible as in chart.
