Subject: Be Attentive on Break Time Policy.
From last few weeks it has been observed that some of employees are taking longer breaks and lunch hours more than company policy. Policy and Planning Division has strongly suggested you to pay attention on following company policy.
Policy and Planning Division rules require a minimum of a 30 minute continuous meal period. This is planned for full-time employees and also applies to part-time employees who work more than four-hours in a day. The employee must be entitled to take the break. The supervisor can approve maximum 40 minute lunch periods.
The 20-minute break period is optional for all employees as prayer time and other purpose. Supervisors can request employees to skip a break period in order to meet operational needs of the office at any time.
You are requested to follow these instructions strictly. If you have any further question about this matter please don’t hesitate to contact at Policy and Planning Division.
Question 2: Announce upcoming construction work at the office. Ask cooperation from the staff during the upheaval. Detail some procedures to follow while the workmen are busy in the office area.
