I will explain briefly the studies done at General Services Administration on product procurements.General Services Administration looks at is location. General Services Administration has to decide which site is better suited for establishing a depot to run a Federal Government installation. General Services Administration is empowered by the Federal Government to run any property suited for government business. When agencies need some type of product General Services Administration supplies it. General Services Administration biggest customer is the U.S. Military. General Services Administration mission is to serve and cater to the governments every need. General Services Administration provides its customers with product needed to successfully accomplish its mission. The procurement process examines the needs and wants that different government agencies need and procures the products necessary to run a particular government agency. Management has to sift through thousands of different products and determine which are suitable for selling. In the case of the military the procurement officers of the military tell General Services Administration what they need to accomplish their objectives in the theater of operation. Does General Services Administration carry those products and if they do not can they get a hold of them. Does the General Services Administration have the space needed to keep in stock the products needed to support government agencies? We begin by looking at project team in team of internal communication, external communication, and problem-solving strategy. In the case of internal communications (e.g., Dougherty, 1990; Keller, 1986), frequent communication increase the amount of information directly in that more communication usually yields more information (e.g., Brown & Eisenhardt, 1995). It cuts misunderstanding and barriers to interchange so that the amount of information conveyed is increased (e.g., Brown & Eisenhardt, 1995). This, in turn, improves the speed and productivity of the entire development process (Doughherty, 1992). Internal communication at the BCD was not good. One instance, the project team invited general manager John Bailey to attend a team meeting. John came to the meeting to show his support to learn that the meeting was postponed. The incident was not only cost the project time but also potentially disturbed production schedule since John was a…

I am interested in investing and that means that I am interested in almost all "investment vehicles"; from stocks and bonds to futures and options. However, I am in certain stage of my life where I don't have high income. So I shifted my interest primarily toward options. Because of the simply reason, options in 100 shares will cost much less than actually buying 100 shares. This reason and my today's situation have "forced" me to be more interested in options. But of course options are highly complex and highly leveraged and they require more than just a basic knowledge of the stock market. I have read a lot of books on this topics, trading, value investing, technical and fundamental analysis, and I realised that I will need to have all these things in a "small pocket" if I want to success in this field. That's why I started a little bit earlier. But I would not speak about independent trader, because it would not be realistic for this assignment. So if I expect to work in a firm where I would implement this interest that I mention above, than it would be position of financial analyst. In the further text I would focus myself on the financial analysis and firms that need financial analyst (also called security and investment analyst), like banks, insurance companies, mutual and pension funds, securities firms. However I tried to be realistic, so I didn't look to much into future. I focused my self on today and possible internships in this field.…
