All research must reflect professional academic protocol and be documented according to APA standards. (Student Guide, BUS680 Training and Development, pg. 8)

Many of your first papers show you are already using APA guidelines.

All written assignments require APA writing standards as outlined in the Ashford writing center and must include:

1. A Cover/Title Page

2. An Abstract on its own page (an Abstract is no more than a paragraph of no more than 120 words that concisely outlines the important parts of your writing. I believe the word Abstract strikes fear in the hearts of even the best writers. We read them all the time. An Abstract is on the back of every DVD you have ever purchased or rented. It gives you a concise summary of what the DVD is about. Or every time you read a menu, it too gives concise summaries of the main parts of an item on the menu.). Abstracts are not hard!

3. A first paragraph that clearly states what you are going to write about and possibly prove or disprove (Your thesis).

4. Properly cited and referenced "facts". A fact is a quotation or paraphrase taken from someone else's writing. e.g. "Managed care means that health care is paid for in advance" (Understanding Managed Care). And the corresponding reference would be:
Understanding Managed Care, The Merck Manual of Health & Aging. retrieved from http://www.merck.com/pubs/mmanual_ha/sec4/ch66/ch66e.html on December 14, 2009.
5. A conclusion, this is your summary of your findings.

6 A Reference Page

7. Times New Roman or Ariel font, 12 point. Nothing fancy. simple is better.
’s 12am the night before your final and you’re stuck on a problem. You decide it’s too late to email your professor or call classmates. As you slip deeper into panic mode, you gulp your caffeinated drink and mumble under your breath, “where is help when I need it?”

When big changes happen within an organization, ethical behavior becomes an issue for some people, and the organization must develop a strategic plan to protect its shareholders. Even though an organization 's primary goal is to increase profits for shareholders, behavior of that company is looked upon by the public. The role of ethics plays an enormous part in social responsibility. Social responsibility is the way an organization gives back to its community. There are many ways an organization could be socially responsible, whether it 's donating time or money. Since the shareholders can vote on strategic plans, a stakeholder analysis would be beneficial when considering his or her needs and agendas. A stakeholder 's analysis identifies the impact a particular stakeholder has in the business, and whether he or she should be involved in that strategic decision (Wheelen & Hunger, 2010). The importance of ethics and social responsibility in developing a strategic plan are to be prepared for any conflicts that can occur in the…
