The Advantages of Bungee Jumping

Bungee jumping is an extreme sports in our modern life between human and creatures. According to the old story, they began the bungee jumping ritual to reenact the legend of a woman and her husband jumping off a cliff. She surviving because her ankles were tied with vines and he perishing ( Lundman. S, 2010 ). There are various of advantages of doing Bungee Jumping which is to encourage people to participate in an adventurous sports, challenging ourself to do such a dangerous activities and to regain our physical mood.
Firstly, Bungee jumping is one of a kind of sports that can encouraging people to participate in adventerous activities. This is because the feeling good mood comes when we do activities that we love the most. In addition, the experience of bungee jumping can give a good feeling of “being alive”. Adrenaline is rushing throughout the body and this ultimately releases feel good hormones known as endorphins. Well, floating in air simply gives us a carefree and unburdened feeling. Afterwards, Bungee jumping also can provides a good air to their players. Everyone is not brave enough to try bungee jumping and overcoming the thrill gives us the bragging rights. Such few minutes of adventure can give us overflowing stories to tell and share with our family, friends and co-workers. Moreover, by doing Bungee jumping also can lead to fun memory. At the end of the day, more than the mental and physical advantages, it is the wonderful and enjoyable experience that we will treasure the most.
Secondly, Bungee jumping is also known as a sports that can challenging ourselves to do such a dangerous activities. By doing stretching exercise before begins the jumping is quite obvious, bungee jumping gives the body an opportunity to stretch out every muscle, from the ankles down to the tip of the fingers.
