Bullying: Pushed Past Our Breaking Point

Scared to go out even to speak
The things they say, the things they do

Bullying is emerging in schools and destroying the lives of innocent young people. This poem explains a lot about a child or children being bullied. The victims of bullying feel unsafe around others and feel like they can’t speak to whom they want to because the bullying might become even more dramatic. These children are scarred because of some rude person trying to make themselves feel more happier about themselves. But the poem is also saying that even though being bullied does affect us and others we all need to stand up and fight back. Fighting back is all that they got left; they are strong no matter what happens. They are the victims and they have done nothing wrong to deserve this type of torment.
Everyday in the U.S children are being bullied. 1 in 7 Students in Grades K-12 is either a bully or a victim of bullying. 56% of students have personally witnessed some type of bullying at school.15% of all school absenteeism is directly related to fears of being bullied at school. 71% of students report incidents of bullying as a problem at their school.1 out of 20 students has seen a student with a gun at school.282,000 students are physically attacked in secondary schools each month (MakeBeatsNotBeatdowns). Is that an eye opener? It can be about what we’re wearing, look like, size or religion or we could be attacked for no specific reason. Bullying is starting to become a growing issue all over the world. It is peaked at its worst in schools. Schools should start to create rules and regulations to prevent the situation from
