Bullying at school: What we know and what we can do
In emergency situation, what are the qualities that would be expected from the leader? In reality, as a leader, there are many emergency situations you need to face sometime the situation will related to life, the teammates survival or not is based on leader actions. No matter what kind of leader such as business leaders, class representative, uniform team leaders or inspectors etc. Leader always assume to lead his labor or teammate to solve some problems. Generally, a leaders will better than his teammate in many aspects. Therefore, a leader will be expected had some unique qualities. In normal situation, people will not care too much what kind of qualities the leaders have, however, sometimes the situation will become urgent, for example, a police inspector was bring his teammate to caught a criminal who have a lot of munitions, the leader decision will cause of serious harmful or death. Therefore, in this situation the inspector would be expected was a brave and clever leader. Certainly, leaders only courageous and clever are not enough. In emergency situation, Knowledgeable, Trustworthy, Dispassionate, Assertive, Optimistic, Good communication skill, Openness and Creativity, Responsibility, these qualities would be expected from the leader. In this article, I will explain the reason why these qualities are leader should have when emergency situation.

To begin with, leaders are expected knowledgeable and trustworthy when facing an emergency situation. “Knowledgeable is means that people who having information, understanding, or skill that comes from experience or education”. Generally, people will expected their leader is knowledgeable than them, because it mean that their leader can help them to solve some problems and trustworthy. Furthermore, when facing an emergency situation, the leader will be expected more knowledgeable and smart than in normal position.
