In today’s society, a strong and healthy relationship with your partner can become one of the best supports in your life. Hello, my name is Erica Ward and I am your life coach, I will be able to provide you with personal guidance and joy & fulfillment in your love life and other relationships. As your life/Relationship Coach you and I will have more of a professional friendship instead of just you being my client. I will be able to get to know you and your partner while respecting you and your relationship both as my client’s. Also as your life coach I would be able to help you and your partner figure out where communication has failed in your relationship, and show you ways to restore the harmony and to maintain a healthy relationship. As your coach, I will not push you anything and you will only be coached as long as you fill the desire to. But I would be able to help you rearrange your thoughts and feelings of your romantic relationship to help you make the right decisions in your life.
As your life coach, the threshold you would need to cross is being able to establish a healthy relationship with your partner. The most important things that may help create a healthy relationship are, honesty, forgiveness, communication, trust, time apart, friendship, passion, similar values, patience and monogamy. Honesty is very important in a relationship it lets a couple know that they will always know the true self of each other. No matter what your past may be or if you and your partner are at breaking up terms , if you want to continue your relationship with your spouse the key is that you will have to forgive them first, otherwise you will never let go of the past which can be a disaster in your relationship. Also, couples need to learn how to talk through there issues no matter if it is good or bad. Of course every relationship will have their disagreements, but as a couple you and your partner would have to learn & respect the different ways of communicating with each other. Trust is another way to a healthy relationship, when you and your spouse are able to trust each other, this means that you won’t have to deal with any insecurities with each other and you are both able to be yourself. In a relation it is also important that you and your partner have some time apart from each other. Being together all the time may cause a strain in the relationship and you to get sick of each other. This may also cause the passion in your relationship to disappear. Couples who have passion for each other are able to sustain their love. It is also for you and your partner to have a good friendship with each other, because if passion does disappear a good friendship may keep you two together. It is important that you ar able to deal with your partner’s imperfections by having patience and that you two will be able to work through your rough times. It is also important that you and your partner are on the same page about life decisions. The most important thing of all relationships is having monogamy; there will be no trust or honesty in a relationship if a couple doesn’t have this. In conclusion, a healthy romantic relationship is a relationship that results in personal growth and happiness for both people involved in it. (Healthy Romantic Relationships, 2006) You have a right to a healthy relationship in your life. You also have a responsibility to act in ways that keep your relationship healthy with your spouse. In order for you to have a successful romantic relationship, you will have to learn and respect all the aspects there is to being in a couple and as your life coach I am able to help you become successful in that.
