Brookdale Senior Living: A Case Study
Lack of strategic leadership is directly related to Brookdale Senior Living problems. The incidents that took place in both organizations happened because they were under. Having a shortage in a work place limits the employees ability to accomplish the customers needs. For example, Brookdale Midlothian were shortening in staff a patient with dementia fell eleven times because she could not get any assistance. According to (Hill, Jones & Schilling, 2015) “ threats arise when condition in the external environment endangered the integrity and profitable of the company’s business .” Brookdale is currenly facing that problem.
