Brief Summary Of 'The Most Dangerous Game'
We read three stories for homework this year. Only one of the stories interests me, which is The Most dangourus game.The others ones, The Scarlet Ibis and Blues ain’t no mockingjay. The theme and genre of Blues ain’t no mockingjay bores me. I never have and will like historic fiction. And I’ve heard enough of that be nice stuff.
It’s the sterotypical poor black people in the
1930’s, and it’s getting a little silly to keep seeing these stories over and over again
Although it’s probrably very intreging for other people, it’s not for me.

The Most Dangerous Game is my favorite of the three. It’s has an interesting plot to keep the story going. I like the first person perspective of the story

    In Richard Connell’s thrilling short story “The Most Dangerous Game”, an uneasy mood is constructed by Rainsford’s illusive adventure on Ship Trap Island. Many moments in the short story help build up a feeling of uneasy, one being when Winston uses a simile to describe the evil of the atmosphere, saying that the air “ was actually poisonous”, and that he felt a “mental chill, a sort of sudden dread” when the ship neared the island (Connell 1).     In the short story “The Most Dangerous Game” by Richard Connell the author presents many kinds of different conflicts and events in short story to enhance the mood. Examples of this can be seen in many places in the short story like man vs.. Man ; this is between the character of the story.
