Boys And Girls Club Essay
Purpose of Agency The purpose of the Boys and Girls Club is to give all children a safe and positive place to learn and grow. The Boys and Girls Club create their own recreation and companionships in the streets. All young children should be made aware that the community cares for them and that’s why the Boys and Girls clubs were created. This club was designed to promote and enhance the children by giving them a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging, and influence by working together with the community and schools. The Boys and Girls Clubs have been proven to be effective and have decreased the high school dropout crisis.
Audience’s Prior Training and Education According to LRNA’s survey given to the teens, they only gave the basic knowledge of what they knew about bullying and they were unable to collaborate in detail the effects of bullying. A great positive training would be a mentor and mentee. This program is designed to help control behavior, focus, and improve one’s self-control. Counseling is another skill that can be used to help the bully and the person being bullied. It is best to get counseling from your parents, teachers,

Some of them are: telling a trusted person, make a joke and laugh at yourself, walk away, surround yourself with supportive friends, or avoid places where you was bullied. Remember if you stick to all of these alternatives you resist the possibility of someone bullying you. Adults should help children understand about bullying by keeping the lines of communication open and encourages children that even though someone is different or act differently they deserve the right to be treated with kindness and respect.
