Boulevard Endoscopy Center Reflection
Interning at Queens Boulevard Endoscopy Center has been a learning experience. Not a day went by of interning where I was not amused. It is amusing to know what I learned taking all of the health science classes was put to use tremendously. It is now winding down to the last few days of completing my 180 hours soon. My first day of interning was one of the most overwhelming and stressful feelings I have had. I went in this center knowing nothing. It is now where I have felt I been there longer then just these few months.
This week was a busy one since last week was a holiday. Holidays create an entire day worth of appointments to be backed up. There are days where doctors are not available. Unfortunately one doctor only works on a Tuesday and

    The ICD-10-CM 2016 A & C assessments, I felt is well designed the two assessments was both challenging and eye opening to what information I had retained from the coding courses taken in the HIM program at CSU.
