A) Situation analysis:-
Women health agency is an endeavour to provide FP services to rural poor women in developing countries where Islam is main religion, so women are only limited to house hold hence to utilize women resource they started to provide FP services which include simple contraception methods. Within six months poor women consider it as welcoming and safe. Clinic staff includes women only so clinic is more approachable. Now women who came initially for a FP Service now demanding other services also like child and maternal health services counselling of family problem etc. Donors who funded WHA are interested in women having access to more health services. As being Islamic developing countries and social status of women, women could not come for FP services in a straight way but in multi health service centre women are more comfortable for initial services .On the other hand initial rationale of WHA to provide FP services to poor women is compromised by devoting staff to this health services apart from FP. Now WHA has successfully completed five years. WHA has executive governing board which includes a founder director, three medical doctors, two lawyer, and two businesswomen. Board is committed to improve the lives of women and to expand they have dilemma .WHA has source for by international donors. Now WHA could afford to expand the services by launching either three new multiservice centre or new ten FP clinics. If they go for FP clinics, so they can cater FP services to larger section of poor women compared to multiservice centre and NGDOs in this country working on many development projects is closely affiliated to WHA but as NDGOs are being funded through foreign funds the national government is suspicious about activities of NGDOs .NGO bureau a government

There were two presidents in office during this era. William Howard Taft, the 27th president, was in office from 1909 to 1913.During Taft's term everyone compared him to Roosevelt, the previous president, and would always criticize his ways. People always talked smack about how he supported big business, although no one ever mentioned how he was the first president to protect federal lands on oil had been found. Also how he protected coal infested lands. Some people may say that he was a bad president because he kept the government from enforcing the 15th Amendment, which gives black people the right to vote.…

The Atlantic slave trade, known as the ‘triangular trade’ was a voyage that European ships took to exchange manufactured goods for slaves In Africa and those slaves were then taken to the Americas and were traded for goods such as sugar, cotton, tobacco and other goods. Between 1660-1807 millions of Africans were brought to the Americas under Britain’s authority. The Atlantic Slave Trade significantly stimulated economic growth in Britain in many ways, one being that Britain was the foremost European country engaged in the slave trade. Sugar, tobacco and other goods were hot commodities and Britain was a supplier for this good in the West Indies. In order to supply others with this commodity, Britain needed more workers working on plantation, which is why Britain bought slaves from Africa. Countless people in Britain profited from the Atlantic slave trade making it possible for the city to flourish, building mansions, banks and industries. Historians argue over the specific effects that the Atlantic slave trade had on the economy but despite their opinions, it is clear that the slave trade played a major role in the economical development of Britain.…

There has been a growing concern that health sector needs a huge attention today, not only from government, citizen, but also from many discipline of health care practices. In the recent year, in the United States which is a superpower country, the delivery of human services is still to be a constant puzzle for policy makers, practitioners, and academics (Mayhew, 2012). Health care delivery (including preventive and supportive care) in this country is challenged by demands of access, safety, quality, and cost (Giberson, et. al., 2011). Even though, many years before, these health care issues has been arised as Wilson D.E. stated that the year 1994 was one of great health care non-reform, although national legislation was enacted, states began to seek ways to deal seriously with the issues, primarily the cost, but also the quality of care (Institute of Medicine 25th Anniversary Symposium, 1996). The same thing is happened in the developing country, even worse. Such as in Indonesia, despite solid economic growth in recent years that has raised millions from poverty, Indonesia faces numerous healthcare challenges, from maternal mortality to vector-borne diseases such as malaria to malnutrition, and degenerative diseases associated with a population that is both ageing and living an increasingly sedentary lifestyle. (The Economist Intelligence Unit, 2010). Besides that, most of population in this country lives in rural areas making the delivery of health care services difficult, a system of community health centres is being developed in response to the needs of the rural community (Jacobalis S., 1989). This means that health care matter is still unresolved.…
