Abstract
This paper will examine the personality traits of Bill Gates, also known as one of the wealthiest people of our time and the personality thriven in his career to come to be one of the most conspicuous people in the world. Bill Gates is an intelligent, visionary, confident with persuasive aptitudes that focus and committed on innovation technology. Through using his charismatic leadership style, Bills Gates has led Microsoft Corporation to be one of the most successful corporations in the world. His leadership style that contributes to his success will also be discussed. Bill Gates commitment, hard work and motivation have remained a great inspiration and encouragement for many individuals. Based on his success, one can be administrate that Bill Gates possesses one of the exceptional personalities as leader who has the ability to make the unimaginable dreams comes into a reality

I have always been a true believer that devotion and determination are required to achieve success in life. Bill Gates cofounded and CEO of Microsoft Corporation is a man that I have admired due to his drives for success. Every person appears to be curious of the type of personality that inspires a man to become one of the wealthiest men in the world. Guided by a realization that personal computer would be a valuable device going on each office’s desktop and in every household, this awareness led Bill Gates to developing software for personal computers. Nowadays, 9 out of every 10 households possess a computer or laptop. According to Walter Isaccson (2005), “Bill Gates is considered being one of the most significant devotions in our time. “ I have questioned how determine did he have to be to
