Other than that a broken marriage also comes to screen. Sarah, the oldest sister, has two children, but his not happy in her marriage. They decide to get a divorce. Apart from them, a lot of other couples split and/or get back together, showing the struggle of commitment and relationships in general.
Then there is the unknown daughter of William Walker, Rebecca, who appears mid-season one. The series shows the difficulties of accepting someone new in your family, especially if that family is already close. They react in different ways, either skeptical, welcoming or repelling. In the end, it all works out and they’re very supportive as soon as they find out her mother lied to her and she’s not part of the Walker family anyway.

“Inside Out” a film about the insides of our minds. The protagonist is Riley, a little girl who grew up in Minnesota and is now moving to San Francisco. Apart from watching her, we also see the tiny people in her brain who control her emotions. “Sadness” makes a mistake and “Joy” has to try to bring back her most precious memories.
Riley moves to San Francisco with her mum and her dad, who are happily married. She doesn’t have any siblings. The film married couple with one child. With around 80% of the population being white in the USA, where the movie was made, it’s explainable that they chose white skin-color. Surprising is that Riley is a single child, while the fertility rate in the USA is currently approximately two children per woman. Hereby, the movie decided to represent a minority.

"Home" describes the invasion of little creatures called "Boovs". The Boovs want the planet for themselves, so they decide to place all the humans in Humantown, but they forgot one girl, this girls starts a journey to find her mum with the help of "Oh", a boov who doesn't fit
