Bessie's Child Care Case Study
A child care learning center (CCLC) is an institution that is operated to provide quality service for children that are younger than 18 years of age (Find, n.d.). Bessie’s Child Care is a CCLC operated by the Administrator, Vic’kal Spriggs and has been in business for over 20 years. They have long hours of operation on Monday through Friday, low weekly tuition, and licensed enrollment capacity of 138 children a day. For this assignment, Bessie’s Child Care was chosen to investigate for having a compliance investigation of complaints observed by Bright from the Start during an unannounced visit. “Bright from the Start is responsible for meeting the child care and early education needs of Georgia’s children and their families” (About, n.d.).

First, keep flawless retention rates so the same children will stay yearly or come back after a break. Second, raise unrestricted funds for areas of need, and job security for stakeholders to avoid repeat costly training. Their strategic objectives are goals retaining to their marketing standing and competitive position (2016). First, staying focus on rules and regulations more than rivals. Second, monitor the staff more for less problems to be addressed by Bright from the Start. Third, accomplish keeping high capacity of children than rivals. Forth, keep tuition lower than rivals. In conclusion, Bessie’s Child Care overall company’s strategy serves as strong components for the success of a CCLC. Although there was problems that had to be addressed within this CCLC, Bessie’s Child Care corrected all of the complaints in applicable time.
