Benefits Of Exercise Essay
Exercising is important as it can benefit the entire human body. Getting the right amount of exercise can increase energy levels and improve your mood. Experts have found that teens need about an hour of physical activity each day because of many reasons. It can help people with their self-esteem, mood, sleep pattern, etc. When exercising, the body produces chemicals called endorphin that help a person feel more peaceful and happy. Exercising also help you look better which would raise your confidence. It also helps people lose weight and lower the risk of getting a disease and exercising can help a person age well. Studies has shown that weight-bearing exercise helps keep your bones strong as you grow and develop.

People who are flexible won’t have to worry about strained muscles and sprains as much as others who aren’t flexible. There are many sports that encourage flexibility; such as, martial arts, gymnastics, pilates, or yoga. Stretching before and after your workout is recommended as it does prevent strains and sprains and will also improve your flexibility.
Majority of the people who drop out of an exercise program is because of the lack of interest. When picking your exercise, consider what you like. If you prefer to work out alone, choose solo sports and if you want to work with a group, choose sports that requires a team. Think about your schedule and how much you want to exercise in a day as it is possible to overdo exercise. Exercising is a great way to keep your body fit but exercising too much can lose a lot of weight. The human body needs calories to function properly so losing too much weight due to exercising can be dangerous.
