Benefits And Drawbacks Of Football
Benefits and drawbacks of football
It is common knowledge that football is a “king” sport that is widely to both teenagers and adults. But only a few people have acknowledged the benefits and drawbacks of football. So what are the advantages of playing football? Firstly, while playing football, you will have to chance to learn value of teamwork. The lessons of shared responsibility, of each player putting his body on the line for the benefit of his teammates and that selflessness are important lessons learned from playing football, especially at the youth level. Secondly, playing football regularly is hard, but of course it’s good for your health. Football is a physically demanding sport, no matter what position you play. It requires strength, speed and agility. And football training is an excellent, total-body method for getting in and staying in shape, therefore you will be healthier. On the other hand, football itself has some disadvantages. Firstly, it may cause some serious injuries. Even with every possible safety precaution, you still can easily get scrapes, bruises, sprains, broken bones, just to name a few. Such injuries can be painful and may require significant time to get over. Secondly, playing football requires a significant commitment of time. Many of the other things you may want to do often have to take a backseat to football, because the team depends on each player to give total dedication to the process. In conclusion, football provides specific advantages and disadvantages to those who play it, no matter what level they play. And I believe that people should take up playing football considering its benefits, but they should be careful and well organized so as to avoid troubles.
