#1 Make Sure They Actually Are Bed Bugs

Before you start freaking out, make sure that the insect that actually bit you was a bed bug. There are other bugs that can bite you at night when you are in bed that are not bed bugs. Just because you have a bite on you when you wake up doesn’t mean it was caused by a bed bug.

After you identify that they are in fact bedbugs, remove your bedding and put it inside of a plastic bag. Then, wash and dry your bedding. Vacuum out your washer and make sure that their are no bed bugs left inside. Use the highest heat setting that your dryer has to kill the bed bugs.

#3 Vacuum & Close Off The Infected Room

Take a vacuum cleaner that has a vacuum bag and vacuum your the top, sides, and underneath of your mattress and box spring. If you have a headboard, make sure that you vacuum all sides of it.

Vacuum your entire room, and then close off the room. Heat can kill bed bugs, but it has to get really hot. Shut the windows, plug in some space heaters, turn them on to the highest setting, and shut the door. This should help kill the bed bugs if your room gets hot enough.

Finally, call a pest professional who specialize in bed bugs. They can bring in specialize equipment and ensure that the bed bugs in your home are completely eradicated without you having to throw away a bunch of clothing and furniture or move out of your

I see it! No way. It’s crawling briskly near me. That roach is coming closer and closer to my feet as if I had sugar all around it. I am alone and no one is in the house and I had to kill it. I had to try. I got a fly swatter and quietly tiptoed near the roach. As fast as the speed of lightning, I swatted the fly swatter on the roach, hearing a crunching sound. I have been courageous when I killed a roach because to kill a roach, I had to be still, I had to kill it with something, and I had to stay quiet; killing a roach is very arduous and challenging.…

This makes it harder for ticks or any other insects carrying the disease to burrow into your skin and use it as a shelter. Another very easy prevention for Lyme Disease is to avoid areas that are known to have insects that carry this disease. The most common places to find these insects is rural or suburban areas. The most common time for ticks to come out are when it is an unusual warm day like 65 degrees in November. They are more likely to come out on these days because they realize that it is getting to cold for them to survive on their own so they have to find a warm shelter in order to survive. If you ever go into areas that is known to contain insects with lyme disease check yourself for ticks as soon as possible this will help prevent lyme disease. The most common areas where a tick will burrow in are the hollows of your knees, armpits, and groin areas. If you are unfortunate to find a tick on you remove it as soon as possible. Many people will try to just yank it out this is not a good way to do it because if you do this there is a chance that you will not get the whole tick and some parts will stay there and can still spread lyme disease. The proper way to remove ticks is to take a pair of tweezers and very gently remove it by its head. This will not leave any part of the body behind that can infect the area.…

The first step to cleaning your room would be get everything up off of the floor as fast as you can and shove it into the closet. Once the closet is full, now you will have to find another great storage spot to put everything. I know a really good location, under the bed. Shoving things under the bed is a lot better because then they will not fall out when you open the closet doors and hit you in the head. Another great hiding spot for the junk is in drawers if you have some extra space. If none of these ideas capture your attention for cleaning your room then just leave it as is and let the dog at it and if it is a dog like mine she will be the vacuum cleaner for you.…
