Becoming A Dental Hygienist
Do you guys know that one person that needs to brush their teeth better? As I grow up I have found it more important each day to keep my teeth clean and healthy, including flossing, tongue brushing, fluoride and even drinking the right liquids. I get that when we were younger we didn’t really care at all about our teeth, but now that we are older we start to realize we are going to have our teeth for the rest of our life and it’s important to keep them clean. If I become a dental Hygienist I will try my best to keep your teeth clean.
To become a dental hygienist, there are certain job tasks, special skills and talents, as well as a higher education that is needed. Some of the jobs tasks are cleaning calcareous deposits, accretions and stains

First, high school classes are a must. Then I would like to attend University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and start off by getting my associates degree in dental hygiene. Then I would need to get licensed. After I get licensed I want to go back to school and either get my bachelor's degree, or my masters degree in dental hygiene to consider myself to be advanced.
Not only is it necessary to plan for this career and know the tasks and education needed, but recognition and awareness of the potential income, related jobs, and why this job is for me needs to be researched. My potential income would be about $72,910 a year, which that isn’t bad considering the average a person makes a year is $65,751 per year. Some of the related jobs that are close to a dental hygienist is a dental assistant who makes $36,940, a dentist that makes $159,770, a medical assistant who makes $131,540. I think this job is for me because I think it is important for kids to be able to smile and have confidence in their teeth as they grow up.
These are some of the reasons why I would be best fit for this job. One thing I can work on is having a better attitude towards school. I believe that a technical school is important in order to become a dental hygienist. So if you need a great dental hygienist in six years feel free to come to
