Beauty Without Cruelty

Dear Friends, Imagine your whole life being hit, starved and locked up in a cage. This is reality for some animals. Unfair, right? Why is this

happening? There are millions of pets around the world, with no home. They were abused, abandoned and just left all alone with nothing around,

left ot die. Its horrible how someone would even does that to such innocent creatures.

Buttons, Jackets, Belts, Shoes, Purses, Ornaments-List of man's life are endless. Do you know, where do these things come from? Its nothing other

than animals which are killed mercilessly by humans. Man, most urbanised, modernised and intelligent creatures on earth, on the other hand, has

put the fragile nature on backfoot. Exploitative attitude has put stress on fragile nature. Man hunting deers for horns and skins, lions and tigers

for skins, elephants for tusks, monkeys for kidneys-show the sefishness and selfcenteredness of humans. Not only this, Butterflies are sold in market,

besides animals are sold to circus companies and zoos where they are kept in cage and made to dance and act in circus to entertain the public.

The amount of pain and cruelty that animals have been subjected to all in the name of "beauty" is downright disgusting. Recently the report of sky

rocketting declining tiger population is a matter of serious concern. So, we have to change our mindset otherwise thses beauties of nature will be

found only in books an magazines in coming years.

"Suffering is suffering and its victim cannot be ignored.." Animal cruelty occurs in all type of neighbours, all across our country because they are

speechless for themselves. Stand up for those who can't speak! So, lets come into action.

Ultimately the only solution to save these animals is nothing but "Beauty Without

Every year, billions of animals die because of animal testing, abuse and are forced to struggle for survival. Left in unsanitary conditions with no food or water, they have little hope as they live out their days without the compassion they deserve. Some are found and rescued, given the chance to experience how great life and humans can be; others aren't so lucky. It really saddens me to know how cruel the world is and it seems like everything is getting worse as the days go by. To think that anyone could ever have the mentality to harm animals or anything that’s alive and breathing gets me so distraught! I can’t even imagine the hurt and pain these creatures go through.…

“Non-violence leads to the highest ethics, which is the goal of all evolution. Until we stop harming all other living beings, we are still savages.” This quote about animal abuse is from Thomas Edison, an engineer known for his life changing innovations that continue to impact on our world today. Animal abuse is a long-debated problem, often causing the world’s population to split into two sides over the dispute. On one side, are those who say that humans are far superior to animals and other living beings who have been put here solely to feed or entertain us. On the other hand, there are those of us who recognise that these “inferior life forms” should have the same rights as us, and so they deserve the same treatment.…

Jeremy Rifkin 's article, “A Change of Heart About Animals” argues that animals are more like humans than we imagine and as a result should be treated with the care that they deserve. Rifkin develops and supports his argument using facts about the animals and these facts end up touching hearts. In order for Rifkin to get his point across he uses a smart technique by using pathos and plays with the emotions of his audience. Rifkin loves animals and his passion and love evokes emotions that the audience can feel. Animals can feel and have emotions similar to ours. in agreement with Rifkin, I argue that it is wrong and inhumane to kill or abuse animals because they feel, they deserve to have space and should be valued as much as humans are It is wrong no animal should be killed due to abuse or testing, it is wrong and inhumane.…

As one of those born in a human society and whose common sense was established by human education, I strongly believe that nobody has a right to kill other men. But if it is a universal truth, I would like to say that it is also the case with other animals because we are all given a life equally. However, it was after I got accustomed to the pleasure of eating meat and fish that I learned the animals’ lives are also precious.…
