Be Successful In The Workplace
When you go to apply for a job you need to have some basic skills in order to be successful in the workplace. If you look at most job applications today, what is the number one requirement that is listed, experience? With experience you learn skills that can help you succeed. I believe that in order to be successful you need to have the following skills, communication, time management, and adaptability.

The first skill that I believe is viable in order to be successful in the workplace is the skill of communication. You've heard the saying communication is key. I completely agree with that statement. Without communication no one is going to know what is going on which will in turn cause problems for the company. For example the company I work for utilizes a help desk ticketing system. A person puts in a ticket to get an issue with their computer resolved we then assign it to the appropriate person based on difficulty. If I were to receive a ticket and not email or call the employee for several weeks that would not be a good use of communication. The employee wouldn't know what was going on or if I needed more information from them. This is where communication can come into play. If I needed more information I could call them or email them to get the information that I needed. This will also help me fix the problem sooner rather than later.

With effective time management you can complete multiple tasks in a given
