This Coursework carries 100 marks and contributes 20% to this Course.
A Mid-Term Test, to be held in Week 8, will carry 100 marks and contribute another 20% to this Course.

Objectives of this Coursework:
The objective of this Coursework is to hone students’ skills in conducting computation and critical analysis on key areas of personal financial planning based on the given case study.
These skills are required in the students’ pursuit of a career to meet the challenges of the industries. General instructions:
1. Students must form groups comprising between 6 to 7 members.
2. Each group is required to write a report that provides the answers to all the questions listed in the “Requirements” section of this Coursework.
3. The report must be typed in Microsoft Word, using 1.5 spacing with a font text of Times
New Roman and font size of 12. It should be between 10 to 20 pages.
4. To avoid plagiarism, please attribute information collected to the sources or authors according to the Harvard Referencing System.
5. This group project will be assessed according to the criteria listed as per attached.
6. Finally, compile a printed copy of this Coursework as follows:
