Bat Koll In Greek Language
As discussed in our School of the Supernatural [1]January class, the Hebrew term, “Bat Kol” means the “daughter of the voice.” The Bat Kol cannot be seen or felt but only heard[2]. God communicates with us by allowing us to hear the offspring or proceeding sound of His voice. When God speaks directly from heaven without the Bat Kol, most humans are terrified and fear for their lives. When we read Exodus 20:18[3], we see why the Israelites were scared of experiencing God’s voice and presence. They saw thunder, lightning, a mountain smoking and heard the noise of a trumpet. They wanted nothing to do with hearing God’s voice because they thought they would die. God is so kind and loving and He still desires to communicate to us without …show more content…
By the time we received it, we can hear a small voice. Bat Kol allows us to prophesy to others that do not know how to hear God or in most cases refuse to listen. You may be wondering, “How do I find out about this funnel and how can I hear God clearly?” Practice makes perfect! Trusting God’s voice, learning to ask questions and being obedient when we do hear His voice will develop the gift. We must continue to discipline our selves with the things of God. As we read and study God’s word, we will become more and more familiar with how He operates and His will. If we continue to mediate on God’s word while reading and ask Holy Spirit for revelation, more will be revealed. We must slow down and gain more quality instead of focusing on quantity. The more we do this, we begin to take on more of God’s character and develop a more intimate relationship with Him. We will begin to understand His ways, get upset when He gets upset and feel His pain too. As I started slowing down while reading my bible, I began to see a movie playing in my mind of everything that I was reading. Its normal for many humans to cry, laugh and feel angry while watching a movie. I now

My spirit began to search for more of God . It is apparent that I must fast, pray and read my bible on a daily basis so that I can focus on God and build a closer relationship with him. This book is an excellent resource for counseling for those who need guidance in incorporating spiritual disciplines in a secularly dominated society. The only way this will be instrumental in counseling is to refer to its teaching and allow the Holy Spirit to make it conducive and acceptable in the counseling session. Many Christian counselors can use this resource to reach a level of maturity that will translate into true healing and…

In Communicating for a Change, we look at three different possibilities for “communicating from the Scriptures,” challenging his students to learn, but also to teach teachers how to transform their presentations to effect change in their listeners.1 The author identifies three ways or goals of how people can be taught Scriptures. The first goal is to teach the Bible to the people. The idea is to teach the content of the bible so the people can understand and navigate through scriptures.2 This approach is used when a person simply wants to explain the Bible. This approach does not require creativity or increased application but does require a great deal of interest from listeners. The second goal…

#4 Continuing Revelation- Christians believe and agree with the statement that God speaks to His children on earth. The difference lays in the way we view our intimate communication and relationship with God. In prayer we speak to God. We ask Him for His intervention in our lives and we faithfully believe that He responds to our prayers. Are we going to say we just received a divine revelation from God, or call ourselves prophets? Are we going to record the message and call it divine inspiration or a revelation from God, and demand to be included as Scripture? Certainly not. The Bible is sufficient enough. We believe that His Divine Inspiration ended with the 66 books of the Canonic Bible. God’s message of redemption and the mission…

It is my theory that when the fallen angels procreated with human women, and created the Nephilim race, many of these “Angelic” abilities were genetically passed onto their offspring. In my research, I discovered that infrasound can cause the effects described in the Bible verses I cited. I theorize that the knowledge of how infrasound affects humans, and how to produce infrasound, was passed genetically to the Nephilim.…

God’s Word is ultimately profitable, above and beyond any other text that has ever been written or compiled, and it is the study of this divine text that has for centuries been the source of the Christian’s greatest blessings and the Church’s greatest heartaches. Blessings come when Christians understand not only that God has communicated with and revealed Himself to men over millennia through the same books written thousands of years ago, but also that they must diligently study that communication in order to apply it. Heartaches come when individuals and churches forego that study and try to apply the Word without ever having understood it or the context in which it was originally written, thereby defiling God’s message and destroying unity amongst believers. How to Read the Bible for All Its Worth seeks to guide its readers to a better understanding of God’s eternal message through a methodology of proper exegesis and hermeneutics.…
