After the Napoles scam and the Priority Developmental Assistance Fund (PDAF) allotment "ork glitch aroused, President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III have said to an interview that he will not release any pork until the probe is not ended.

The pork barrels are used for soft and hard projects. These projects help the community and its people. Only the representative in the area can choose to which Non-Government Organization (NGO) will he/she gave a percentage of the allotted pork for its project.
The responsibility that the Commission on Audit (COA) must check if the projects were really done as it was written in the report of the representatives is important in terms of scrutinizing what happened to the money. But the loophole is this, for so many legislators who receive pork every year and NGOs which were given by the representatives; some use this opportunity for writing inaccurate data in their reports. This involves connivance of the NGO and the representatives as the conclusion for Napoles case.
Representatives were chosen by the people in the local community because of trust that they will use the money in the righteous way. But since the issue of removing the pork barrels now vigorous to the mass again, after the fertilizer scam of 2004 plus the new PhP 10B scam, our government should reflect if the pork must discard totally.
