Bamboo Garden Recipe
How many of you have eaten at Bamboo Garden or at a Chinese Restaurant? Usually, they will serve an egg roll for a side to the main meal. They may taste delightful, but there is great deal of work put into them. In this speech, I will be showing you how to produce egg rolls. There are a few ingredients you will need, specific steps, and a special way to roll them.
There are numerous ingredients you will need for this recipe. To begin you will need one head of cabbage, one pound of carrots, four big onions, and one stalk of green onion. These four ingredients will need to be chopped up or shredded. Some more ingredients you will need are 6 pounds or pork, 12 eggs, 2 medium packages of glass noodles, 1 package of hash browns, 4 cubes of chicken bouillon crumbled, 1/2-cup of oyster sauce, 6-7 squirts of fish sauce, and 1 clove of garlic. You can also add black pepper depending on how you want it to taste.

When making the mixture, you just put everything into a decent sized bowl and mix it. Usually when I prepare them, I will just use my hands to mix it since it is easiest; after the you have finished the mix, you will need to wrap/roll them in a pastry. To wrap the egg rolls, you will need 6 packages of spring rolls pastries. In each package, there are 25 sheets that you need to cut in half to create triangles. Put a spoonful of the mixture in the middle of a triangle and then you will roll them. According to my grandma when you are rolling egg rolls, you need to fold in the two edges first and then roll it up. It is like folding a T-shirt, first you fold the sleeve in, and then you fold it in half. When you egg roll is rolled up, you will need an egg to use as a glue substance to hold it together. You will crack the egg into a little bowl and use the yolk and egg
