Baking Cupcakes

Who doesn’t love cupcakes? Baking cupcakes is lots of fun and has become a very profitable business. Cupcakes these days are little works of art that you can eat, they’re tasty and whimsical. Part of the fun of cupcakes is the actual preparation and baking. If you can dream it, you can make it.
When your making cupcakes you want to make sure you have everything out of your way. You should have just the stuff you need like your recipe, equipment, and ingredients out on the counter. Your hands should always be clean when you are baking. So, before you start make sure your counter is neat and your also clean and ready to go.
Measuring the ingredients is a very important part in baking. You need to have the exact measurements for everything. Once you have all the ingredients measured and in a mixing bowl, you need to mix all the ingredients together till a thick batter forms. The batter needs to be poured into a cupcake pan. The cupcake pan should either be lined with paper liners or greased with butter. When you are done all of that you need to put them into a preheated oven and bake them for whatever the time is on the recipe. Last but not least is tasting the final product, which is my favorite part.
Take the cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool. Once they are cool, you can then start decorating. You can find millions of different flavors, so pick yours and start having fun creating. Then dive into one of your fabulous creations and enjoy!
When all of that hard work is done there is nothing more satisfying than seeing someone, or yourself, dive into your creation. Sometimes they are so beautiful you don’t even want to eat it you just want to save it forever.

For the organizational issues assignment option 1: The Responsibility Project was chosen. A short film called the Greyston Bakery was the short film of choice. The film was chosen based off the brief synopsis. Since the class has been discussing contributions to the community and my team discussed ethical decisions of schools I thought this would be a good film to review. Some of the ethical principles in the film used to address organizational issues were caring, fairness, and respect for others. The external social pressures of the city of Yonkers are a part of Greyston’s Bakery and their organizational ethics. The company takes their social responsibility to give back to their community very serious. The community is very thankful for the opportunities provided by the bakery. The relationship between legal and ethical issues within the film are unparalleled. The lengths this company goes to…

Many great debates exist in history on various topics such as politics, tv shows, pop culture, etc. In the 1990s and 2000s, the NSYNC and Backstreet Boys’ fans constantly dueled, in 2000 Bush v Gore dominated the United States, in 1997 whether or not Ross and Rachel from Friends were really on a break, and countless others. However, these historical debates now need to move over for a new dispute: breakfast. Arguably the most important meal of the day, one needs to make a wise decision about his or hers breakfast choice because it will determine the entire course of someone’s day. Similar to Coke vs Pepsi, the next debate for the history books will include pancakes vs waffles. While some would consider these breakfast essentials to include…
