Bad Girls Don T Die Book Report
It was dark out and I should probably go to bed. But the book was getting really good, and
I know I will not be able to stop in the middle of a chapter. I also know that I am going to have nightmares. But I need to find out what happens. Soon I was reading through the pages faster then my brain could comprehend the paragraphs. I turned the page only to realize that there's only one page left. I read the page very slowly and when I was done with that I reread the page. I can not believe I had really finished a book. A book I actually enjoyed. But she always found a way to deal with them. For example, at the end of the book Alexis had a huge decision to make, either save the ghost that had possessed her sister or leave it to burn inside the house. Alexis dealt with the problem instead of taking the easy way out. To me that took a lot of courage. Alexis to me was a role model and she really inspired me. Even though Alexis showed me how to act towards bad situations all the characters helped me in someway. The book Bad Girls Don’t Die helped me come out of my shell and be me. The characters in Bad Girls Don’t Die were never once scared to be themselves. In the book Alexis says, “That's the pathetic thing about high school. Everyone tries so hard to be something they aren't. It's gotten so I don't know who I am, so how can I even try to be who I am, much less who I'm not? My problem is that I don't even fit in with the misfits. I don't fit anywhere.” Alexis was very different from everyone else and often question that. But she was never scared to be herself in front of other people, I really admired that about her. Before I read the book I was really shy in class.
