Living away from home, overseas is tough, but what changes will happen if you visited home? In Maria L. Muñiz’s article “Back, but Not Home” she talks about her family and her move to the United States. In addition, she wants to visit home in Cuba, where she came from. “I want to return because the journey back will also mean a journey within. Only then will I see the missing piece.” “Maria L. When people spend a long time in another country they change in three ways: how they think, how they interact, and how they behave.

The police took it from there. When I first saw the lady roaming around I thought about, what if I were at her situation, what would I do? Usually I leave the situation for others to help, but I reacted differently. It made me feel happy and proud of myself for helping the community, and helping others. One of the affections I notice is interacting with people. I used to only talk to the people I know and trust, and always try to not interact with other people because I didn’t want people to misunderstand me. Although, when I came back to the United States after spending good time with my family and cousins, so I noticed the confidence raising in me. I can talk to other people and make new friends.
