August 1-1 Reflection
Thank you for the recap of our August 1-1 meeting. I want to take a minute to further address the points you mentioned as well as the other areas discussed at this meeting. First I’d like to say thank you for you acknowledgement of my successful effort in being to work on time since our last discussion. I’d also like to thank you for your acknowledgement in my improvements with my core work.

Time and Attendance; Work Schedule; Punctuality

During this meeting we discussed my attendance and how it can impact the group. We also discussed the importance of taking care of my health as this was the reason I had been out. In addition we discussed the improvement in my punctuality and how it was currently no longer an issue. I appreciated your understanding of my health related issues, as well as your acknowledgement of my effort to improve my punctuality.

Also discussed at this meeting was the incident in which a lunch order was not canceled for a canceled class. I advised you that I was not the one who canceled that class, I was on vacation out of the country when this took place and therefore was unaware of the situation and should not be accountable for the lunch not being canceled.

I asked for more information as to better understand where these complaints were steaming. When did you receive these complaints, approximate dates and times, which were complaining (SCE employees or customers), were these complaints related to scheduling, registration or both, and how many complaint you received. You advise me you would meet with Jessica, as the complaints actually came to her. I have followed up with you several times and still have not received any clarification. I feel as though I am not getting the support I need to succeed in this position. In fact I feel as though I am being set up to fail, and here are a few reasons
