What type of research design would you recommend in the situations below? For each applied business research project, what might be an example of an “objective”? Which do you think would involve actually testing a research hypothesis? Write one hypothesis of the objective also
a. The manufacturer of flight simulators and pilot training equipment wishes to forecast sales volume for the next five years.
b. Help Age India wishes to identify the demographic characteristics of individuals who donate more than 50,000 per year.
c. Dabur India is concerned about increasing inventory costs and is considering going completely to a just-in-time inventory system.
d. A researcher wishes to identify who plays bingo.

Following would be the research design type I would recommend for the following situations:
a. The manufacturer of flight simulators and pilot training equipment wishes to forecast sales volume for the next five years.
Causality Research Design
Why: Clear problem description; they want to relate and check the effect in Sales.
Objective: To determine the sales forecast for next 5 years for the flight simulators and pilot training equipment.
Hypothesis: Flight simulators and pilot training equipment does not affect the sales.
