Marc Lambert, Chief Compliance officer for Asset Capital Mgmt SA announces completion of the annual certification for Quality Assurance in Financial Services (VQF).

The Standards Association for Quality Assurance in Financial Services (VQF) has held the function of an official, Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) pursuant to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) since 1998. Members of the VQF include financial intermediaries from the parabanking sector, such as independent asset managers, trustees, lawyers, trust companies, providers of collective capital investment schemes, etc

Mr. Lambert noted, "We recognize the significance this Self Regulating Organizations (SRO). As such, Asset Capital Mgmt and the VQF contribute towards protecting and strengthening the interests of financial intermediaries and their investors, as well as the interests of Switzerland as a financial centre."

As part of inspection and audit practices, Senior Accounting and Compliance personnel for Asset Capital Mgmt successfully completed advanced training seminars which are designed for all persons who are active in the field of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).

About the VQF:
The VQF is the leading, largest, officially recognized self-regulatory organization pursuant to the Federal Act of 10 October 1997 on the combating of money laundering and the prevention of the financing of terrorism in the financial sector. The VQF is officially recognized and regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).
