I belief that whatever you put your mind to it doesn’t matter where you are or who you are, you can achieve it. The reason I have this believe started when I was a child back home in Africa. When I was at the age of 7 I believed that one day I will graduate from high school, and become a great soccer player. In my hometown in west Africa if you’re a high school graduate it’s a huge thing, not many of my friends when to school because most of them don’t have the money to pay for their tuitions, even some that have the support from their parents were not willing to go to school. With my goal of becoming a high school graduate I took a job at a restaurant, my job at the restaurant was a waiter, calculate goods every week, and see how much profits we make, with this job I use to get paid five hundred dollar a month. Five hundred dollars in Zwedru my hometown can do lots of things, you can pay for a whole semester, rent an apartment, buy food and clothes. While I was working at the restaurant when I got paid every month I used to keep money aside for my tuition, I did not pay rent because I was living with my parents, and I used to…

On researching the subject of Assessment I have observed that it is an essential and ongoing part of teaching, influenced by the curriculum, led by the teacher and via feedback and questioning for and from the students, It is a two way exercise, and benefits both teacher; as it makes lesson planning much more structured, and learner as their learning becomes tailored around them. Looking at the principles of assessment, I have been paying much more attention to how assessment works within my lessons, I chose to research the Medals and Missions, using articles I found on the internet and the…
