The given framework shows the process of the study wherein the researcher will determine the Physical Education Competencies in the Tertiary Level and from the profile of the College Physical Education Teachers will determine different strategies that may help identify what kind of innovative instructional material for physical education in tertiary level can be developed to be able to validate an innovative instructional material and present it in an instructional module format.

OBJECTIVES:
