Aslee Mattox's Case
On 01-01-2017 at 2215 hours I was dispatched to the front desk in reference to lost or stolen property.

Upon my arrival I made contact with Aslee Mattox, who informed me of the following:
- She last seen her black Coach wallet at Baskin Robins on 12-29-2016 at approximately 1900 hours.
- She assumed she misplaced it until today her bank balance changed from $91 to $54.
- She is not seeing a transaction made for today, but she will contact the bank on 01-02-2017 for further information.
- Her wallet contained her debit card for her Federal Credit Union account, $70, Identification, social security cards, and reward cards.

This report is for information until further information is provided by Mattox.

Anna Garcia’s death is a mysterious situation, but with evidence and clues it is coming to close. It all started on August 14, 2012. Anna’s neighbor, Doug Greene, called emergency services after Anna’s dog was barking excessively for two hours. When the police and EMT’s arrived at Anna’s house they had to break the door down. They found Anna lying face down in the entry hallway of the house. Police immediately notified crime scene investigators and a medical examiner. After investigating the scene, persons of interest were verified*. Persons of interest included Alex Garcia (Anna’s ex-husband), Doug Greene (Anna’s neighbor), Erica Piedmont (Alex’s new wife), and Lucy Leffingwell (Anna’s co-owner of their bakery). A series of labs were done following item found at the scene. Azaria Chamberlain Case

    • 5789 Words
    • 24 Pages

The one person who was often forgotten in this tragedy was Azaria. The horror of this tiny baby being clasped in the jaws of a wild animal and dragged from her bed and taken off into the night to be eaten, was ignored, while the scientists, police and lawyers squabbled over her bloodstained clothing. Even her mother's protest during the trial that "this is not some object we're talking about. It's my little girl." elicited no signs of remorse from her accusers. Little Azaria was never given a real funeral and there is no gravesite at which people can kneel and pay their respects. But she will never be forgotten by the family who loved her and named her Azaria - "blessed of God."…

The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution guarantees protection from unreasonable searches and seizures. It is the duty of law enforcement officers to conduct legal searches and seizures. An illegal search or seizure violates a person's rights and may lead to adverse consequences for the officer who engaged in the illegality. This paper covers a simulated case of Minnesota vs. Ronald Riff. The prosecution witness sheets are used to gathering information for Officer Shield to obtain a warrant to search the home of Ronald Riff, a suspect in the burglary of Marquette's Market.…
