Argumentative Essay: Is Benjamin Franklin A Hero?
A person, typically a man, who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities. A hero to me protects the people and save people’s lives, for example, spider man saved a little kids lives because he is not selfish. A hero should always care about their people and take responsiblity for your actions and be responsible.Benjamin Franklin was not a hero because of the lack of doing the right thing and he needs to start thinking about other people instead of just himself.

For example, ‘Franklin’s critics questioned his patriotism.’ This shows that other people believe that he is not a good patriot or he is not one at all. But that doesn’t make him a hero because that’sonly helping his self which is not a bad thing but what is he doing for others. I believe that does not make him a hero in my eyes. He can be but from what I read, I guess he didn’t want to or he tried his best to but failed in my opinion.
