Are Gmos: Are They Safe To Eat?
To answer the question ‘’Are GMOs Safe To Eat?’’ I personally don’t believe they are because, there is not enough research looking into the long term effects and I don’t believe we are told the whole truth when it comes to this social and ethical topic, but GMOs can benefit us if proper regulations and safety checks are done. The biggest concern I have is actually not food safety, but the environmental impact. GMOs can be toxic to other organisms, can create huge ecological shifts and, biodiversity is put into risk. In conclusion, I believe there are many negatives and there will be complex consequences in the future but unfortunately I will still continue to consume

    The two articles I have chosen are both peer-reviewed and have two different opinions about GMO’s. The first article, titled “GMO’s and Global Justice” by Kristian Toft, is against the use of GMO’s, explaining how they are bad for us as human beings and for our environment.
