Apple Recruit
Apple is all about pushing the envelope about doing the best thing possible. And that’s different from any companies in the street. A lot of companies in terms of making it the highest quality or the most colleges and they will stop at some points because it’s too hard. And Apple will never give up because it’s too hard or it’s impossible.

There’s no company in the world, where there is such as a reverence of expertise.
You won’t come to Apple unless you’re really good at what you do. The reason you’re here, the reason you’re hired, because you’re the top of the field or you have the potential to be the top of the field.
There’s a belief in how a small team to do really great thing if you got the right people in the room. With this notion, let’s just do something really great then great things gonna happen.
Sitting outside the box, it’s funny. We don’t even really think about the box. We go out to do something. We don’t start by saying what everyone else is doing and therefore what are the best practices and what should we do. We look to say what’s the best of possibility can be.

We never stop breathing, always refining, refining, refining every little last detail, until there’s no more time to refine. There’s no such thing as good enough, it just has to be the best.
One of unique thing about Apple is the level of collaboration between different groups. When we decide to redesign the batteries for portable products, the goal is fairly simple to design small about three of the good last longer. We have to start with a new chemistry a new mechanical design, a completely different industrial design for environmental team. And it just touched it so many different cost the company and that’s how new technology is done enough in Apple. It involves everybody.
The difference between a good product and a great product is the attention to detail. When we start to design of the Ipad 2, we … at the very beginning that the cover was going to be a really important

Moreover, Apple has always had a proprietary design. Apple has never licensed any of its products or designs (except during Spindler’s management). This means that it has always had a wide control over its value chain, from the designs from scratch of their computers, till the software and its marketing or sales. It has a widely vertical integrated business and nowadays, it is even beginning to design its own microchips. This has led to a very unique differentiation that can be hardly found in competitors’ products. That is why one of Apple’s most typical characteristics are its products’ elegant and state-of-the-art industrial designs and superior software (OS). All components of its products are perfectly…

Apple has been successful because they have been willing to tackle every competitive challenge they have faced head on. They spent the time they needed to look at the situation they were in and see where they weren’t measuring up and where their competitors were better and also what they had that they could use. They realized that they couldn’t compete in the market they were in because the other companies were better, so they decided to focus in that market to get really good products. Plus, because they knew they couldn’t rely on that crowded market, they decided they had to come up with something new. By innovating over and over again in ways that made customers happy in ways that their competitors just didn’t seem able to do. For every big innovation they did, they also kept adding small innovations to get more profit out of them. Every big innovation moved them into new industries. So they disrupted music players, cell phones, tablets, and record stores.…

Apple company follows the keep-it-simple concept. one of the real reasons that Apple is very successful is because it releases a single product at a time. This helps minimizing the process of decision making for the customers by making decisions as simple as it could be. At the same time it is the only company who does this which make its unique. This is actually a point because normally in the companies stores, they usually have a large number of different devices models available, Which makes it hard for their staff or the customers to know all of the information about all of them all at the same time, and the customers have too many options to decide which one to choose. For some customers is fine…

From the start Apple has been extremely systematic in its approach to innovation. Fine products do not materialize out of thin air; they are a direct result of creative thinking policies and practices. Continuous commitment to improve product design made Apple products more attractive to the consumer. One of Apple’s most important innovation drivers is a policy to put design and interface, “user experience”, above all. Rather than creating a language or operating system and then “overlaying” an interface, Apple started with an intuitive and simple interface, and then designed the operating system to accommodate it. In order to do so, programmers and engineers were forced to think as creative designers. This system forced product design team to be innovative in all areas of development. Apple systematically built retail stores network when common wisdom said that technology companies should abandon retail and move online. As a result, Apple ended up with the best of both worlds: a fashionable space for “hands-on” consumers, including the hip younger generation, and a fully functional online system for the no-nonsense consumer. Apple’s retail outlets have set records for profitability per square foot of retail space, an evident success of “think differently” philosophy. Perhaps the best example of a systematic approach to innovation is in the ongoing evolution of Apple’s flagship products. The modus operandi…
