Therefore, I am proposing that we conduct research for a larger space preferably in our current complex. The proposal will identify the impact of this problem and the procedures to conduct my research. This will also include the cost associated with expansion, a schedule for completion, and my qualifications.

The Problem: Current Growth/Space Issues

Due to the growth of our memberships, we are now facing space issues including overcrowding during peak hours and an increased demand for additional services. Since we are facing overcrowding during peak hours we have many people waiting around to use equipment and

Initially 2,500 square feet was adequate for our facility. However, our membership has grown to over 500 and continues to increase monthly. Therefore, I recommend that we research the benefits of expansion.
