Antonella's Restaurant And Pizzeria Case Study
Several associated New York Pizzerias are required to pay 50,000 dollars to Hispanic Employees, resulting from a national origin discrimination lawsuit. Antonella's Restaurant & Pizzeria, Inc. Displayed acts discriminated against their Hispanic employees. Demanding they speak in English without out having just cause for the request. They also subjected the employees to racial slurs, and hostilities because of their nationality. These acts were in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. In our present work place, all employees are entitled to function in a stress free, nonhazardous environment. Antonella's Restaurant & Pizzeria, Inc. has a responsibility to provide such environment to their employees regardless of nationality.

Mr. Dunlap is an African American man whom has worked for many years as foreman through contract for the union.
