* What is your definition of diversity, and do you think it is important in the workplace? Why?
Diversity is when a group of people from different backgrounds work towards the same goal. It's important because everyone has different ways to solve problems, so better solutions can come from a more diverse input. How is Abercrombie different from competing clothing stores?
I'd say it's the way the place looks. It's easy to spot from a mile away. Once you're inside, the set up is pretty neat too. So yeah, I'd say it's the atmosphere. Describe the Abercrombie & Fitch style.
Casual. I imagine jeans with plaid shirts, usually. What kind of image do you think Abercrombie is trying to portray in its brand?
Relaxed and casual. It's not formal, but it's a nice, clean look. How would your family and friends describe you?
Calm and collected. I've always been the thinker in my group of my friends. I'm not extremely smart, but I make up for it by being clever. How do you define your own style?
I don't really put much thought into it to be honest. I just shoot for whatever looks nice together. What makes a good sales representative?
A good sales representative is someone who can relate to the customer to the point where it's like they already know what the customer is looking for already. How would you define Abercrombie & Fitch customers?
Rich. I'm gonna be honest. Some of those prices kill me. * If you could be any animal, what kind of animal would you be?
A wolf, probably. I've always been okay on my own, but if need be, I can cooperate with the pack.
