Oh what pleasure! The chance, No the probability of THE Sanger Rainsford on my island! I have read all his works and my interests and his are so alike, and yet he thinketh me insane. He does not realize what joy, what challenge can be found in my way of hunting, in my type of game. The danger provided with the game itself thinking through its actions as it is hunted is remarkable. Yet Rainsford cannot accept the concept as adequate. Instead he insists on thinking of me as insane and evil. He believes I commit murder! I am strong and my prey is weak, I can’t comprehend what is unacceptable with my ridding the earth of its scum. Rainsford is blind, and his sight can not be changed, therefore he has left me know choice but to hunt him as the predator
