Analysis Of Ronald Reagan's Next President On Mount Rushmore
Who should be put next president on Mount Rushmore? It would have to be someone who has good communication skills, someone who is a leader, and a person that is calm and reassures the country that everything will be okay. His goal was to restore peace through strength. Ronald Reagan. His three goals were to Shrink the sizes of government, improve/ strengthen the national defence, and lower the taxes. There are three reasons why I think that Ronald Reagan should be the nexts face on Mount Rushmore is because number one he lowered the taxes by taking the stress of the middle class and by reducing the deficit. Next would be him having an effect to ending the cold war, and third would be improving world relations.

Nothing made Ronald Reagan more proud to be Commander and Chief of his country. One of the things he took very seriously was to keep the man and women that were serving the country out of danger, and he would only send troops to battle if it was absolutely necessary. Reagan was a realist he understood America's role through the military. Reagan knew he had to raise military expenses to 43%. One reason why the U.S and the U.K has a special relationship was because they both had similar views about communism. Ronald Reagan knew that is was important to be a good neighbor and he knew it was important to reach out to other countries when he could. One thing America always has done is help other countries fight their own wars. Reagan sent the US Marines Corps barracks in Beirut ou to protect the Lebanon people from Arab-Israeli war. But when terrorist groups started to attack he pulled the troops out for their safety. This shows that he tried to help other countries in every way he could.
Ronald Reagan did everything from lowering taxes, being a big influence on ending the cold war, and helped improving world relations. Ronald Reagan is a great American. One that gave everything for his country. He believed in the American way. Reagan was an outstanding leader that was respected for his political views and ability to lead his country through one of the most dangerous times in history. That is why Ronald Reagan should be the fifth president on Mount
