Analysis Of My Practicum Placement
The school’s philosophy are with reference to the Early Years Foundation Stage (2014), “every child is unique who learns to be strong and independent through positive relationships, develops well in enabling environment with their peers/classmates in which their experiences are respond to their individual needs, they are all different in their own ways and at different rates”(p.6). Basically, my practicum placement focuses on every child whether it is children with learning difficulties or special needs, they do not segregate the uniqueness of an individual child. They believe that every child has the ability to interpret their own play.
