Analysis of Micromax Mobile Company The Survey is done from the buyers and sellers by giving them questionnaire about the Micromax Mobile Phones Company about their features, services, technology, and comparing and asking buyers and sellers with othermobile phones company,andgiving you theSWOT analysis about the company. The result which are comed out of that are detailed below:- Analysis from the buyers point:-- The buyers are mostly aware of the micromax mobile , so,the chances of peaking up the market fro the micromax mobile company is seeing to be high, as it the Indian company. So,the company need put work on survey also. The customers like the technology of Micromax company as they are launching many products including the bluetooth, projector, 30days battery back-up, but the main problem is their service, they are not giving the service and not have service center anywhere. This are major defects of micromax mobile which I get from the buyers. Analysis from the sellers point:-- The selelrs are more sellnig the micromax mobile and are sold mostly to the low income group people and thosewho are not aware of the other brand most, I see also that the customers are sold from the low price which is starting from the Rs. 1200, with great features. Asking them after brand endorsement of Akshay kumar, is their any increase in sales, most of sellers are told that before that is was sold also more after brand endorse. Many of them are not like the services given by Micromax company. The most selling of the mobile phones brand are, Nokia, Samsung, Maxx and Micromax. But to suggest the mobiles phones brand they do not advice. So, Micromaxare aslo best sellers from the sellers ofretail stores.
